Pet friendly, includes breakfast, restaurant attached, park 100 ft away, only 20 mins from a Athens’s center or €12 with taxi
Areas for improvement:
Can some nights be loud but it gets quiet around 11:00 pm

Location was good for my purpose. It was mostly clean, bath was clean. Maybe a bit out-dated furniture but it had its charm.
Areas for improvement:
The receptionists were supportive but could not everyone could help professionally (questions on metro, busses etc) Breakfast was basic. There are many possibilities to improve.
