What guests loved:
Reception area good, location - difficult to find, Breakfast 6 out of 10. Staff listened.
Areas for improvement:
Carpets filthy and hygiene suspect. Two electricity outage's during our stay. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Balconies and roof lights very dirty - covered in pigeon droppings. Lift to upper...

What guests loved:
The room was very small for 4 people, the carpet had stain from a 'smoking' past and the sheets had one hole. Breakfast was average, not bad but not 4 stars. The place was clean but a bit "aged"
Areas for improvement:
The lift was small, just enough for the luggage and a couple of people.
